Unknown Error

When your CRANEbee does not open and displays the message:
"An Unknown error occourred"
It is most often an issue with the licence.
In most cases there is an easy fix for this.

Go to the folder: "C:\Program Files\CRANIMAX\CRANEbee\beeAdmin"  and start the beeFix.exe

The following windows will appear:

You can close the right window and proceed in the beeFix window.

Here you can press on Fix licence

Afterwards you may be asked to activate the licence again

  1. Click on Next,
  2. then enter your Serial-Number (This might be allready put in there)
  3. then click on next
The next screen will look like this:

click on next again.
The Licence will now synchronise with the server. This can take a while depending on the connection.
Afterwards the Licence Fix should be finished and CRANEbee should work normal again.

If this didn't fix the issue or this issue is happening very often please write a ticket so that we can fix the problem.
