One of the most common support requests we receive is from users who have changed their PC and need assistance with installing CRANEbee on their new computer.

Please note that the instructions provided in this article apply only to single-user licenses. If you have a different type of license, please contact us for further guidance.
To begin, you will need to uninstall CRANEbee from your old computer. Follow these steps:
- Search for "CRANEbee Uninstall" in the Windows Start menu and run it.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the uninstallation process.
At the end of the uninstall process, you will encounter a prompt that looks like this:
Please select "Deactivate now" in this prompt. This will ensure that the license is transferred back to our servers. If you are not asked to de-activate or encounter any issues, please contact our support team. We can assist you in resetting the license directly on our server. To do this, we will need your license key.
Once you have successfully uninstalled CRANEbee from the old computer, you can proceed with the installation on your new PC. Please refer to our installation guide, Installing CRANEbee for detailed instructions on this process.
