AutoCAD Templates
It is essential to work with a preset template in AutoCAD.
In the "metric system" we recommend working with meters instead of millimeters. On one hand, all measurements of the cranes are in meters,
on the other hand, we work with the cranes in a size range where you have a better visual imagination of the actual dimensions in meters rather than in millimeters.
For projects with the "Imperial System" we recommend working in feet instead of inches for the same reasons.
If you do not have your own template, you can download one in meters and one in millimeters here.
The title-block can be switched between English or German Text. Please open the Layerlist to choose.

It is important, whether with or without a template, that the "units"
in AutoCAD are always set to the desired unit. Either meters, millimeters, feet, or inches.
Never select the setting "Unitless"!
CRANEbee will check which units are set and scale automatically when transferring the cranes into AutoCAD.
If the crane does not match the size of your drawing, the first thing to check is the "Units" menu.
